I have a passion for opal that I couldn't ignore. That passion led me to exploring the Australian outback travelling between opal mining towns whilst sleeping in my car, immersing myself in the culture and way of life. I met many amazing people during my journey, all of which shared the same passion for these colour filled gems. It is from these very same friends which I am able to bring opals to the UK and spread my fascination for these gemstones.

During my time I was lucky enough to try out mining for Black Opal in Lightning Ridge NSW, this experience was unforgettable.
I also learnt the basics to cutting and polishing opal from the rough whilst on my journey, it was from here I began to fine tune my skills and bring opal to the UK market.

Fast forward the years of me building my business and contacts within the opal industry I now own a large collection of all types of opal, and can continue to give you exclusive access to Australian opal at wholesale prices, all of which is bought directly from the opal miners then cut and polished here in the UK.
